November 14 & 15, 2025 - Friday & Saturday  

Weekend Schedule

Nov. 13 – Thursday
        Beginning at noon – arrive & receive packet with stable assignment
        8:00 PM – Judges’ Meeting 

Nov. 14 – Friday
        7:30-8:30 AM – stirrup cup
        9:00 AM - Riders Mounted
        9:30 AM - Hunt – Juniors, Judges, Outriders 
        Noon - Hunt Tea - everyone - Finalists in each division will be announced
        2:00 PM - Whip Cracking & Horn Blowing Contests
                      
Nov. 15 – Saturday
        8:00 AM – Individual Test - HT 10 & under
        9:00 AM - Individual Test - HT 11 - 18
       10:00 AM - Individual Test - FF 13 & under
       11:00 AM - Individual Test - FF 14-18
        1:00 PM – Hound Judging

        5:30 PM Dinner followed by Awards (BYOB)

​ATTIRE for the WEEKEND is RATCATCHER for EVERYONE!
TURNOUT: Juniors should dress in traditional fall hunting attire throughout the qualifying meets and finals, i.e., shirts with neckties or stock ties, hacking jackets, jodhpurs or breeches and appropriate boots. 
NO braiding, clean and neat ponies, tack and boots are always expected…turnout is important!
